It is with deep sorrow we announce the sudden and unexpected loss of our dear friend Brian Thomson.

Brian Thomson guitarist and vocalist was the original founder of Wave Blues Band over a decade ago.

We will miss our funny talented blues brother. We send our love to Brian's beloved wife Rosemary. When he introduced himself at shows with the band he always referred to himself as Rosemary’s husband.

Our hearts are broken but we will take some comfort in that he knew Wave Blues Band was still going strong. Thank you to everyone who has supported Wave Blues Band over these many years.

All upcoming gigs will be cancelled for the time being.

Susi, Eric, Davy and Ken will take some time to grieve the loss of our dear friend before we decide what to do next.
